الانيميا ونقص الحديد: يذاب كيس في نصف كوب ماء وا ياخذ من مرة الي مرتين يوميا.
حالات كورونا وزيادة المناعة: يضاف2كيس الي كوب من الماء قبل الاكل مرتين يوميا.
جرعة الاطفال: يضاف كيس الي نصف كوب من الماء و يقلب جيدا مرة واحد يوميا.
